Spiritual Equine Connection has put together a series of powerful Calgary corporate teambuilding leadership programs for your staff and management team entitled, "Beyond the Boardroom" for organizations who are searching for fun, innovative and results-oriented teamwork activities to enhance your Calgary team's effectiveness. We have fun workshops, games and exercises designed to solidify teamwork by helping to develop stronger relationships among coworkers. Individuals learn useful and life changing leadership skills that will show up immediately in the workplace. The bonus of working with horses vs. a classroom atmosphere is the component of interactivity.

The PONY EXPRESS — Building your New Team's Horse Power
This course is effective with groups that are new to your corporate culture and just getting to know each other in their new work environment.
Communication and teambuilding is key within new teams. Teams will learn each others communication styles as well as their own and will see the distinct qualities that each participant brings to the team. This course is a great way to break the ice and learn about each other and how to work more effectively.

Take your business to the next level. This course focuses on fine-tuning your existing team. You may have worked together for many years, but are you communicating and working together as effectively as you would like? Would you like to challenge the norm of your current office setting? This one-day course will help you to grow as a team and tweak your existing habits to make sure you are the most effective team possible! Teams engage in a concluding group discussion to determine if they unified their efforts, if they have used every available resource, and if they have worked together as allies.
